   Our youth teams start out as development teams. We never lose that mentality when adding players. With the stress incorporated at tryouts many children who can play competitive do not because they are not selected by the various clubs due to having a bad tryout. By taking an "everyone in" policy we place the stress on our coaches to grow and develop the players.
